Kiota, meaning nest in Swahilli (said: Kay-oh-ta)
Hand blown glass ornaments, inspired by the tear drop and tapered shapes of the nests of the Weaver bird.

Every one is unique. I love the colours so much and select and place them carefully before I play with the heat of the furnace and the glass to create the movement across each piece.
